How setup works
- Request publish access. To connect Airbnb, Vrbo, or Booking.com, open Settings, then Channel Management, then Integrations, and request publish access for that channel. Our team reviews the request and turns the connection on.
- Connect your channel account. Sign in to Airbnb to authorize Lodgix, or switch the Vrbo or Booking.com feed on. Vrbo also needs a payment gateway connected in Lodgix.
- Create or link each listing. When you add a property to Airbnb, you can create a new Airbnb listing or link one you already have, then choose Sync Everything (listing details, booking settings, pricing, and availability) or Limited Sync (pricing and availability only, with the rest of the listing managed on Airbnb). Booking.com offers the same choice to create a new listing or link an existing one.
- Set your channel settings. Each direct connection keeps its own settings for every property, including a rate multiplier and the cancellation policy that channel shows guests, while your base rates stay the same in Lodgix.
- Bring in existing reservations. Fetch the future reservations on a linked Airbnb listing.
API connection vs iCal
Direct API connections carry far more than dates. Use them for your main channels and keep iCal for sites that offer nothing else.

Airbnb, for example, tells hosts that an imported iCal calendar "automatically updates every 3 hours" (Airbnb Help Center, checked October 19, 2026). A direct connection doesn't wait for that refresh. See iCal vs API calendar sync.

Google Vacation Rentals connects through our channel manager. In Lodgix, you request publish access, choose Google VR as the channel, switch its feed on, and enable the properties you want listed. Which channels connect directly?
Connect directly with Airbnb, Vrbo, and Booking.com, plus expand your reach to additional channels through our channel manager, including Expedia, Google Vacation Rentals, and Marriott Homes & Villas. Direct connections use each channel's API to automatically sync availability, rates, reservations, and guest messages. For channels without a direct connection, availability can still stay up to date through iCal calendar import and export.
How does Lodgix prevent double bookings?
All your channels stay synced through one central calendar, so a booking from any channel automatically blocks those dates everywhere else.
What if a channel is not on the direct list?
Our channel manager distributes your listings to additional booking channels. Visit our channel list to see all the channels Lodgix supports.
Do I have to rebuild my Airbnb listings?
No. You can link a Lodgix property to the Airbnb listing you already have and keep its reviews. If you prefer to keep writing the listing on Airbnb, choose Limited Sync and Lodgix sends only pricing and availability.
