Keep every dollar of a direct booking
Bookings taken through your own website never carry a fee. Fees apply only when you integrate directly with a channel, and our fee on Airbnb and Vrbo bookings is 1/2%. Your Lodgix subscription covers the booking engine, the hosted listing pages, and the WordPress plugin, so a busy summer of direct bookings adds no booking fees from us. Standard card processing fees from your payment processor still apply.

Don't have a site yet? Our website design service builds one for you on one of four themes: Sedona for sites with more text, Asheville for a video header, Tahoe for photo-heavy designs, and Maui for the most customization. You own the site, the domain, and the hosting account, so the site stays with you even if you leave Lodgix. Prefer to build it yourself? Look after direct guests like channel guests
Guest conversations from Airbnb, Vrbo, and Booking.com messaging, email, SMS, and the Staylio guest app land in one Lodgix inbox, and your reply goes back through the channel the guest wrote from. Automated messages go out by email or SMS on the timing you choose, such as a set number of hours or days before arrival or after departure, when a reservation is confirmed or paid in full, or when a rental agreement is signed. Messages to Airbnb, Vrbo, and Booking.com guests can be delivered inside that channel's message thread.

Do direct bookings replace my channels?
No, they run alongside them. Direct connections to Airbnb, Vrbo, and Booking.com, plus many additional channels through our channel manager including Expedia, Google Vacation Rentals, and Marriott Homes & Villas. A booking on any of them, direct or channel, blocks the same calendar.
Can I build my own site instead of using the hosted listing page?
