Automations built from a prompt
Describe the workflow once. Every booking event triggers the messages, documents, forms, and notifications you chose.
Vacation rental automation software turns a reservation event, like a new booking or an upcoming checkout, into messages, documents, payment requests, and team notifications, without you touching each reservation by hand. Describe an automation, an email template, or a guest form in plain English and AI builds it.

Describe the workflow once. Every booking event triggers the messages, documents, forms, and notifications you chose.
A trigger watches for a date relative to the stay, a payment, a signature, or a status change, then sends to as many people as the job needs.
Type what you want, such as "Email guests check-in instructions 2 days before arrival." The AI Trigger Assistant drafts the event and timing, the conditions, the recipients, and the message itself, with your own merge tags so each guest sees their own dates, property, and door code. Keep chatting to refine the draft ("only for Vrbo bookings"), and an AI scan proofreads the message before you save.
AI output is screened for privacy risks and prompt injection. Replies remain drafts until you enable sending, and every tool can be turned on or off individually.
New triggers start switched off until you turn them on.
A payment link in any message lets the guest pay the amount currently due.
Attach files, property documents, saved reports, or a calendar, and link a guest form.
A single trigger can go to the guest, the property owner or all of your owners, the housekeeper assigned to the reservation, one team member or your whole team, and you, plus up to three extra email addresses. Send by email, as a push notification in the Lodgix Admin app, or by text message or WhatsApp once those are connected.
Include or exclude specific properties and channels, then add conditions such as length of stay, pets, travel insurance, guest verification, a signed rental agreement, the day of the week, the arrival date range, open nights after checkout, or VIP status.
Every send is recorded in the trigger log with its recipient and whether it succeeded.
A set number of days or hours before or after arrival or departure, a specific date, or a repeating schedule. Events can start one too, such as a reservation status change, a payment, a signed rental agreement, or a new work order.
Yes. Choose the cleaner as a recipient and the trigger goes to the housekeeper assigned to that reservation, for example the day before every departure.
No, not unless you switch the trigger on. New triggers start switched off.
No. Simply describe an automation, an email template, or a guest form in plain English and AI builds it.
Yes. Open the reservation's triggers tab and switch off any trigger for that stay only. You can also send a trigger by hand from the same tab.
